Resident Guarantee
Should any tenant that we place into your rental property under our management move out and break their lease ( for any reason) during the first 6 months of the initial lease, we will waive our normal leasing fee and re-rent your home to new tenants FOR FREE!

We offer safe and clean housing to all tenants who rent from us! As Realty Works enjoys helping you and your family acquire one of our affordable rental homes, most applications are processed in 48 hours.This way you do not experience a long wait to find out if you are approved for your dream house! At Realty World security deposits are typically the monthly rent plus $100.00. There is an additional fee for pets. If you have BAD CREDIT, you can still be approved! We ask for the last months rent and/or a co-signer.Applications are available online, or call our office (951-824-6893) and we will fax one to you, or stop by to pick one up.
We make renting a home easy and living in one of our properties even easier: Our courteous and helpful staff is here to answer all of your real estate questions and to quickly schedule any needed repairs.Our Maintenance Service providers are available to you just fill out our Maintence/Repair Request Form which is avaible online or you may call our office and we'll fax one to you.We strive to do our best to ensure that you and your family are pleased and enjoy living in your home.
