For Asset Managers: At Realty Works we have over twenty five years of real estate and REO experience and to compliment our services, we have assembled a highly skilled staff, each of whom are specialty trained in various areas of professionally managing a Real Estate property portfolio to ensure that all aspects of each transaction are handled properly. We are structured to satisfy each client in their own unique program objectives and preferred method for REO properties. We are trained and familiar with tracking systems such as REOTrans, RESnet, and PAS Agent Portal, and we’re more than confident in our ability to acquire and utilize other tracking systems as needed. Additionally, we are REO Default Certified Professionals (RDCProtm), and carry the National Valuation Standards Institute Certification.
Our REO and BPO assignments are never outsourced: you will receive the same quality of service on every transaction from pre-foreclosure to the close of escrow.
